Please note that in order to request a permanent pass for the 2010 season you have to fill in the below form in order to create an account for your publication/agency on the FIA Online Accreditation System. After approval by the FIA you will receive an email which will give you access to the online accreditation system. Only then can an application for a 2010 permanent pass be submitted by using "Online accreditation - Log In". The required supporting materials (official letter, proofs, etc.) must still be sent at the same time by registered post to the FIA Accreditation Department in Paris.
